Shipping & Returns Policy
We only ship within the United States at this time. As we grow, we will work towards offering worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. Expect an email within 3-6 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total weight, package volume, and destination.
DELIVERY TIME
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (wedding vow books gift box original packaging must be in the same condition you received it in as well). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@alwaystomiko.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.

DEFECTS
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product in our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@alwaystomiko.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
We are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by shipping couriers
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@alwaystomiko.com.
